For our second and final camping trip this Summer, we went to Copalis Beach, near Ocean Shores. We went with my side of the family. Preslee and Kate decided to go in the water with their clothes on, and Noah did too, but not by choice. He was running from the waves (don't worry, I was right next to him), and a wave caught him by surprise and he tried to turn and run, but did a face plant instead. So we had to strip the kids on the way back to the campground...but it was all in good fun.

There were awesome fireworks on the beach on the 4th of July, so we made a campfire and tried to protect ourselves from the crazy wind! I've never experienced that much wind in my life people! Chris, the kids, and I went last year, and it was the usual beach weather: tolerable wind and overcast. It was crazy this year, but it was still a good time with everybody.
